Syntax Consultancy was established in 1987 as a supplier of IT Permanent and Contract recruitment services within the East Midlands region. Since then our service has developed to operate on a UK wide basis and has been complemented by the successful introduction of an Engineering recruitment division in 2004, an IT Services division in 2005 and a Training division in 2008.
In 2005, Syntax experienced a Management ‘Buy-in’ and since then Syntax has experienced consistent, profitable growth, and our turnover has increased by 400% over the last 4 years to c£12M per year.
Our success is based on the recruitment, training, motivation and promotion of our staff.
