What happens once I have applied for a role?

When you submit your CV to a role advertised on our website it will be sent to the relevant consultant. If your skills and experience match our requirements, the relevant consultant will be in touch to discuss the opportunity in more detail with you and who will be happy to answer your questions about the role.

We always endeavour to respond to each unsuitable application, however, due to current high volumes of applications it is not always possible to achieve this.

 

How do I register a vacancy?

If you have any roles to advertise with us we recommend that you contact the Recruitment Team on 01332 293 605.

 

Can Syntax find me unpaid work experience or an apprenticeship?

We only offer roles for paid work and are currently unable to assist with apprenticeships.

 

Who do I contact if I am a temporary worker and have an enquiry regarding my payment?

You will need to contact our Finance Team on 01332 287713.

 

Who do I contact if I am a client and have a query regarding an invoice?

You will need to contact our Finance Team on 01332 287713

 

How do I request for my details to be removed from your database?

To stop any communications from us please e-mail marketing@syntaxconsultancy.com requesting for your information to be removed. Once we have received your request we will be able to update the database accordingly to ensure that you receive no more communications from Syntax Consultancy. What is your complaints procedure?

Should you have any concerns with our service please call 01332 293 605 or register your complaint in writing using marketing@syntaxconsultancy.com.
