Innes England Terminates Lease on Spam

Among the clients benefiting from Mailminder is Innes England, the largest independent Commercial Property Consultants in the East Midlands, who were an easy target for junk email and virus spammers, due to their policy of using actual names in their marketing material.

Innes England Director Tim Garratt explained: "We really wanted to use people's actual names to emphasise the personal approach we use with customers and prospects alike but this did mean we were getting around 200,000 emails a month, >90% of which were spam.
