Solution Designer

Advising the departments on the use of CRM solutions
Clarification / detailing of technical requirements in the CRM environment in close cooperation with the departments
Development of sustainable solutions designs for the implementation of professional requirements
Content control of the technical implementation at internal and external service providers
Customizing of the respective systems and / or control of customizing by internal / external service providers
Responsible for a sustainable Application Lifecycle Management for the respective CRM systems
Active involvement in Incidents andamp; Problems related to the appropriate applications for the fastest possible solution

Required Skills:
Study of computer science or comparable education
Excellent technological knowledge of leading modern CRM solutions (in particular MS Dynamics CRM and Salesforce CRM solutions)
Extensive experience in solution design for such solutions
Well-founded specialist and process knowledge in relation to the use of CRM solutions - preferably in the energy industry and / or telecommunications
Very good knowledge of new and innovative methods and technologies for the support of sales and service processes in the retail environment
Strong interest in the further development and optimization of professional and systemic CRM processes
Experience in cooperation with external partners for the further development of CRM solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
High willingness to travel
