A new year message from the MD....
Syntax Consultancy is well placed to develop its specialist areas in recruitment and IT services following expansion in 2011, according to Managing Director Roger Frost.
He said: “2011 was better than we had forecast with a 17% increase in revenue and gave us the confidence to expand our operations in Derby and open a new office in London to service national and international clients."
“Although 2012 will no doubt continue to be a challenging economic climate, I believe we are well placed to continue to thrive."
“Our specialist areas of recruitment in digital media, virtualisation and infrastructure, .Net PC and mobile development as well as aerospace, automotive and specialist manufacturing are all areas where there is a shortage of people."
“Our IT Services division’s expertise in Cloud-based disaster recovery, outsourced managed services and specialist development will also be areas that are going to see significant growth this year."
“The feedback from existing and potential clients at our pre-Christmas event in London has re-affirmed Syntax’s growing profile and reputation in this field both nationally and internationally and our engineering and technical recruitment division continues to excel with Midlands-based manufacturing and high tech engineering companies."
“We therefore enter the New Year with a confident yet prudent approach and will be concentrating on pushing the boundaries even further on customer service and support for our clients and candidates."
