We’re actively looking for:
Trainee Recruitment Consultants – whether you have no recruitment experience, or up to 12 months experience from any sector, we’re looking for people with passion and energy for sales, outstanding customer service and achieving results.
Recruitment Consultants - 1 – 3 years’ experience in any sector with proven track record of permanent or contract billings.
Senior Recruitment Consultants - 3 years + and proven track record of permanent or contract billings.
We’re looking for people who have an energy, passion and drive to grow their career beyond the norm, and with ambitions to earn OTE of £100k+ per year.
Syntax has 27 years’ experience providing IT and Technical Engineering talent solutions to the NHS, Education, Technology Consultancy, Rail and Advanced Engineering markets globally.

Skills / Experience
Any experience working in a recruitment or sales environment would be beneficial but is not essential. However you will need to be able to show professional experience of working under pressure and/or deliver small projects of work within tight time frames. Ideally you will be educated to degree or alternative level. It is also essential that you have excellent written communication skill and a confident telephone manner.
