About Us

Syntax was founded in 1987 as a specialist IT recruitment company. Syntax has since expanded to offer IT and Technical Engineering recruitment services on a permanent and contract across the UK and EU.

A brief history of Syntax's recruitment services: 

In 2004 Syntax launched its technical engineering recruitment service.
In 2006 Syntax became an NHS PASA accredited supplier of IT contractors.
In 2007 Syntax were finalist in the Derbyshire business of the year awards.
In 2009 Syntax opened its first European office in Berlin, Germany to deliver IT recruitment services across Germany and the EU.
In 2009 Syntax were nominated the East Midlands Development Agencies High Growth programme.

Syntax clients range from local SME companies to blue chip organisations in both the IT and Technical Engineering sectors, with access to over 500,000 skilled candidates.
