Syntax has over 20 years experience of securing contracts for skilled IT and Technical Engineering consultants, and in making sure our contractors enjoy the experience of working through Syntax.

We take great pride in developing strong long term relationships with our clients, and as such have agreements with a diverse range of employers across the UK giving you access to a great choice of assignments. We are exclusive suppliers to many of these clients, meaning that the chances of you securing the assignment are greatly increased by partnering with Syntax.

Once you secure a contract assignment through Syntax, we make sure that you are not left on your own. You will have a designated Account Manager who will provide support and advice throughout the contract duration meaning you can concentrate on the job in hand.

What else can you expect from Syntax’s Contract team?

• You will receive a minimum monthly contact from your designated Account Manager. 
• We will always try and meet you onsite within the first month of your contract. We feel its important you know who it is you deal with at the other end of the phone! 
• We promise to always give a prompt response to any issues or challenges that may arise during the contract, and will act professionally and honestly at all times. 
• We have commercially and morally fair contractual terms. 
• You will receive swift payment. 
• At the end of your contract you are asked to complete a Satisfaction Survey which helps us understand if there are certain areas where we could improve our impressive service even further. We are always open to suggestions. 
• We look to build genuine long term relationships with our contractors, and as such we strive to exceed your expectations at all times.
