Download Instructions

  • After clicking the "Start Remote Support Session" link above you will be presented with a 'Security Warning' dialog box, this is to let you know that a file will be downloaded from the internet to your computer. Click the "Run" button.

 

  • You will then be presented with another "Security Warning" dialog box so you can confirm that you wish to run this program. Click the "Run" button.

 

  • The "Syntax Remote Support Application" will then start and you can double click on one of the listed support technicians to start the support session.
In a IT support contract of this type I look for a true partnership built on personal relationships, trust and responsive service. You should almost be able to regard the partner as a member of the staff. This is exactly what we get with Syntax.
