IT Support

The important difference in the Syntax service is that it is both proactive and reactive. It is proactive in that we do not wait until you have a problem. We regularly monitor the performance of your computer installation to avoid problems arising.

This is done through Scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (SPPM). Prearranged visits to client's offices ensure that all computers, networks, software and servers are running efficiently, that critical updates to software are installed correctly and security systems are operating at their optimum level.

It is reactive in that if problems do arise you get a speedy response to make certain your business does not suffer and down times are minimised. This fast response support for computer software and hardware is delivered via telephone, VPN (Virtual Private Networks), remote dial-in access and where necessary, on-site assistance.

There is even a back up and disaster recovery advice service. We will set up back up routines on your servers to protect and save vital data. When even the most advanced technology can go down, this is a wise precaution and Syntax IT Services will help you every step of the way.
