1-1 Coaching

At Syntax Training Services we have always offered 1-1 coaching. This is often selected for senior management staff as it represents an effective way of training delivery. This style is fast becoming one of choice for organisations who realise that user’s skill levels are changing. With skills gaps diverging it is more difficult to organise group based training sessions.

Our 1-1 coaching approach splits a training day into a number of shorter sessions for individuals or small groups making the training they receive more relevant and more time efficient This approach can be very cost effective as a number of people can be trained during a day but only spend as much time as needed attending the training!

With our 1-1 Coaching

• Sessions cover content specifically relevant to the delegate(s) attending.
• Time required in delivering the training is shorter.
• A series of sessions can be organised to re-enforce learning if required.
• Learning contracts and action plans can be implemented to agree objectives and review the impact of training over time.

Whilst this approach is often used to meet internal training requirements for users we also offer a 'Passport to Learning' to guide delegates through a course of study to help them achieve an accredited training qualification or outcome.
