Implementation and Support engineer needed for a permanent career opportunity based in Leicester. Start ideally Summer 2022. A chance to work with a leading provider of cloud-based software. Scope to work remotely from home (WFH) 2 days a week on a hybrid basis.

Key skills, experience + tasks will include:

• Onboarding new customers + providing support on a suite of bespoke software solutions.
• Customising + configurating Software to suit the individual needs of the customer.
• Providing personalised software training + group training.
• Supporting customers during rollout, initial use + set-up of Software.
• Advantageous Skills: Schools, Education sector, SaaS Software, Customer Service, Customer Training + Project Management experience
